SOFTER is a movement, network, and a growing community challenging the idea that tech is “hard”. Rooted in feminist values, SOFTER believes that care, empathy, and collaboration are essential for building more equitable digital futures.

Through the yearly conference Softer Digital Futures, held in Copenhagen and London, and a newly opened physical lab in the heart of Copenhagen, SOFTER facilitates spaces where technology meets art, community, and softer ways of learning and creating. SOFTER has been using Readymag since the very beginning to bring these initiatives into the world.
