Karlotta Freier is a Brooklyn-based artist known for her distinctive approach to illustration. In 2021, she earned her MFA in Illustration as Visual Essay from the School of Visual Arts.
Her clients include Hermès, Dior, Valextra, Coldplay, and The Balvenie. Her work has been exhibited internationally in solo and group shows and major festivals.
Alongside her practice, Karlotta is committed to teaching and mentoring emerging creatives. She has taught at the China Academy of Art and has been invited to speak at universities across the United States.
Her work has been recognized by the Art Directors Club, which awarded her a Cube in 2018 and a Pencil for Best Illustration Portfolio in 2021.
